This took me too freaken long to make, I have to get every detail of the aura, I really love aura effects. I had so many people asking me to drawing images for them which slowed me down a bit, but at least I got it done for you all. ^^

This is a What if idea, Frost has unlocked Ultra Instinct, he has broken his limits.
I had a lot of fun making this, ever since I saw Goku's new Ultra Instinct form against Jiran in Dragon Ball Super.
