Personality:
Death is described as an arrogant, sarcastic, cold and calculating anti-hero who is resourceful and opportunistic. He has seen and done many things that could be considered immoral; aiding in mass genocides, participating in the destruction of entire worlds. Death also appears to be quite cunning, e is typically extremely ruthless as well, and has stated that victory by any means is preferable to him than losing. Despite these traits, the only Horseman that Death seems to have a sour relationship with is his brother Strife. Unlike War, who considers killing to be a duty, Death sees killing as an art. Despite this, he cares deeply for both War and Fury, he stands up to what is right and will do what ever he can to protect his brothers and sister.
He and his siblings are Loyal to God, God ask him to do his job when a human dies, a human with a righteous and kind heart who lives a good life, Death uses his angle form to welcome them. Those who live a evil path in their life, Death uses his Reaper form to show fear and for their crimes. He's willing to let a certain human live when God tells Death it's not their time, and brings them back to the living.
Death spends time as a human to see how humans live their lives and wants to learn more. He learns to care for others but still stays as a anti-hero

Bio: 
He is the leader of the 4 Horsemen, and is the older brother of his 2 brothers and sister. He is feared throughout the Darksiders universe, more so than any of the other Horsemen. He was born when Adam and Eve ate the Fruit of Good and Evil (Adam and Eve was tricked by satan).

Once satan and all evil is destroyed for good, and a new Earth where Heaven lands on the Earth, Death's job is done and he will not be needed no more. That will happen in the future in the next 10 billion years.
